Who may need it?

How it works — step by step

1

Consultation & tests

Ovarian reserve (AMH, scan) or semen analysis, plus infection screening.

2

Collection

Eggs are collected after ovarian stimulation, similar to IVF; sperm is collected as a semen sample.

3

Freezing

Samples are frozen by vitrification or controlled freezing and stored securely.

4

Future use

When you are ready, eggs are thawed and fertilised (usually by ICSI), or embryos are thawed for transfer.

Frequently asked questions
